Top Winter Photogenic Cities in China – Huangshan & Suzhou

13 December 2011, Hong Kong – Winter does not necessarily mean a freeze of activities. Instead, it’s a wonderful time for photographers to add to their albums the amazing winter view of the ancient cities in China, particularly Huangshan and Suzhou.

Huangshan, also known as the Yellow Mountain, will wow you with its snowy landscapes during winter time. The pine trees on the mountains will be transformed into frosty white ones, forming different shapes. Down the mountain are the UNESCO World Heritage sites, Hongcun and Xidi, where the ancient architectures are covered with snow, a perfect blend of nature and heritage.

Summer embellishes Suzhou with lush green gardens and foliage. But in winter, the ancient city is filled with peace and harmony.  The ancient houses, stone bridges and the winding walkways at the UNESCO World Heritage sites become frosty, making Suzhou unique and perfect for photography.

The magnificent winter scenery of Huangshan and Suzhou is something that photography lovers cannot miss when it comes to top photogenic cities in China.
