Cultural Property

We are in cooperation with different regional governments to develop local heritage sites through suitable commercial projects; we hope, besides preserving the local heritage, the market value of these sites could be unlocked and turned into valuable cultural properties.

Erdaoqiao Grand Bazaar - Xinjiang

In response to the Urumqi Government's desire to rebuild the old Erdaoqiao Bazaar, we have proposed to redevelop the area into the "Erdaoqiao Cultural Region" recreating a Central Asia urban area with grand bazaars and caravanserai.

Five Dynasties Cultural Region - Dunhuang

At the foothill of Mingsha Hill, a "Five Dynasties Cultural Region" will be built with facilities for exhibits, dining, lodging and cultural performance. These buildings are based on architectural features of the Han, Tang, Song, Yuan and Ming period.
